The coaching has been really personal with detailed attention, and the results honestly surprised me. The most valuable part is being told exactly what to do - the % estimates make weight selection simple - plus the small rolling tweaks to the plan that keep everything moving forward.
Even with a couple of niggle injuries, we just subbed exercises, added rest when needed, and kept progressing.
