I currently collect and process the following information:

· Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)

· Personal details including age, date of birth, next of kin

· Some health related data where that may be required to plan appropriate fitness. exercise or diet recommendations

· Fitness goals / achievements

· Account details including fees owed, paid and payment methods

Most of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by you for one of the following reasons:

· When you contact me as an enquiry;

· When you complete a joining form

· Ongoing information on your training progress

I use the information that you have given me in order to set you up as a client; to bill you; to assess your fitness level and goals and to design and amend appropriate fitness and diet plans.

With your consent I may also send you marketing materials regarding other products or services that may be of interest to you.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases I rely on for processing this information are: 

(a) Your consent. For any processing where I have relied on your consent, you are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting nathan_nolimitsstrength@outlook.com

(b) I have a contractual obligation.

(f) I have a legitimate interest.

I may share some basic identification / contact information with any gyms we may use where required as part of health and safety or security reasons.

Where we use an online App (e.g. Everfit) to assist with training programmes, then I will share basic contact information with them in order for them to invite you to set up your account with them. I will then use the App to design your training programme and for you to track and feedback your progress.

Your information is securely stored. 

I keep your personal data or a period of 7 years. I will then securely dispose / delete your information.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

· Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. 

· Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete. 

· Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances. 

· Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances. 

· Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

· Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, I have one month to respond to you.
